Can I become a Fanta-Sci member and is it free?

You sure can by simply registering through the Online Community & Store section of our website. Membership registration is free and you'll receive benefits such as information on new products, discounts and special offers. Once you're a member you won't have to re-key your details upon checkout and you'll be able to update check your details at any time.

Can I become an affiliate with Fanta-Sci?

If you'd like to promote Fanta-Sci or any of our products through your website, shopping directory or portal, simply visit our contact page and send us an email requesting more information on this process.

What if I don't want to order over the internet; what other methods do you use to accept orders?

Currently, fanta-sci's online store is the only ordering method available.

What information of mine does Fanta-Sci collect and store?

Pretty much only what you tell us to collect and store. We do collect aggregate statistical data to improve our services to you, which at no time is used to identify you individually, unless of course there is good reason to suspect illegal activity. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
How can I place an order?

We accept orders online through our online store. Ordering and paying online is the most convenient way for you to make a purchase as this ensures you receive your goods in the quickest possible timeframe.

As we're internet based, you can order any time of the day, any day of the week.

What forms of payment does Fanta-Sci accept?

Currently Fanta-Sci only accepts payments through PayPal services, through which you can also use a credit card or eCheck to make purchases, or use cash you may already have in a PayPal account or a connected bank account. You do not need a PayPal account to use a credit card through PayPal, but for the other payment methods you will.

What happens after I've placed my order?

Once you've placed your order, you'll normally receive an e-mail confirming your order details. Once we've processed your order and payment has cleared, the merchant will ship your purchased items within 5 business days.

Can I order items to be sent to a number of different addresses?

Sending items to a number of different addresses is easy. Simply repeat the order process for each different delivery address. Please note that charges may vary depending on the delivery service selected as well as location.

How do I cancel or change my order?

As long as we haven't dispatched your order, we should be able to cancel or change your order. All you have to do is contact our sales department at sales @ fanta-sci.com and request an order cancellation.

Is it possible to have gift wrapping (and/or a personal message delivered) with my order?

This would depend on the merchant's co-operation. It would be best to contact the merchant directly with any special requests. An appropriate cost will apply.

How are products delivered to me?

Depending on the product(s) and delivery service you have chosen, we'll normally use a combination of postal and courier services.

How can I track the status of my order?

Simply contact the merchant that posted the item via email or through our Online Community to request any tracking information or expected delivery times.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to dispatch your order within 5 business days after payment is cleared. Expected delivery time will vary depending on the courier service selected.

What happens if I'm not home to receive my order?

Should there be no one to receive your parcel upon delivery, you will be left a card with details on how to obtain your parcel at a later time. For your convenience, we recommend that you provide your daytime address (eg. work address) should there be any possibility of your usual contact address being unattended at the time of delivery.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, we don't deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags.

My order has not arrived within the expected timeframe - what happens now?

Please allow the maximum number of days for delivery. After this, if your order hasn't arrived, please contact merchant that posted the item via email or through our Online Community.

Do you ship internationally?

Fanta-Sci currently ships to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Appropriate shipping costs will be applied based on the buyers location. We intend to expand delivery to other parts of the world as the site grows.
